Job Overview

We are urgently seeking experienced technicians and helpers for the ROSHN Sedra Phase 2 construction project based in Riyadh. This opportunity is ideal for skilled professionals looking to join a dynamic team on a prominent development.

Available Positions and Vacancies

We have multiple openings across various trades including electrical work, screeding, block masonry, electrical wall installation, plumbing, tile masonry, and painting. Both technicians and helpers are required in significant numbers to support ongoing project demands.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will perform their respective trade duties such as electrical installations, floor screeding, block masonry, plumbing tasks, tile setting, and painting in line with project specifications and safety standards. They will contribute to the timely and quality completion of the project phases.

Compensation and Benefits

• Technicians: SAR 2,700 monthly salary plus SAR 300 food allowance
• Helpers: SAR 2,000 monthly salary plus SAR 300 food allowance
• Free accommodation and transportation provided by the company
• Initial salary payment is issued after 45 days of employment

Essential Requirements

• Candidates must successfully pass the trade-specific interview and demonstrate relevant experience
• Possession of a valid Iqama (residency permit) is mandatory
• Applicants currently employed in domestic or household roles (e.g., Amil Manzili, Saiq Khas) are not eligible to apply
