Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Workforce Supervisor to lead and manage a large-scale workforce operation of 4,000 to 5,000 personnel across multiple construction and fit-out projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills to oversee manpower planning, deployment, and productivity within a demanding construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Workforce Supervisor will be responsible for comprehensive manpower planning, allocation, and operational management. Key duties include monitoring workforce productivity, attendance, mobilization, and deployment to maintain smooth onsite operations. Coordination with project managers, HR teams, recruitment, and site staff is essential to meet manpower requirements effectively.

Additional responsibilities include managing workforce scheduling, optimizing resource allocation, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, and maintaining accurate reports such as timesheets and manpower records. The role also involves subcontractor labor management, resolving operational workforce issues promptly, and supporting recruitment and manpower forecasting for upcoming projects.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in workforce and manpower management within the construction, MEP, fit-out, or large-scale project sectors. Proven ability to manage workforces of 4,000 to 5,000 employees is essential. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are required to handle multiple ongoing projects effectively.

Experience with projects in the GCC, particularly Saudi Arabia, is preferred. A thorough understanding of labor laws, workforce planning, and site operations is critical, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and workforce management software.
