Job Overview

A reputable contracting company in Riyadh is looking for an accomplished Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects. The successful candidate will have extensive expertise in managing all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves comprehensive project oversight, including planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve project goals. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Lead projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with scope and schedule.
• Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets and schedules effectively.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance, safety regulations, and corporate policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and present updates to senior management regularly.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 15 years of proven experience managing construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, contract administration, and project management processes.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not mandatory.
