Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Document Controller to support a major industrial construction project based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role requires managing detailed engineering, quality, and construction documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility across all project phases.

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from SAR 3,000 to SAR 4,000, catering to professionals with significant Gulf experience in industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize engineering drawings, transmittals, RFIs, and submittals using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
• Ensure proper documentation workflow and version control for large-scale industrial construction projects.
• Coordinate with project teams to guarantee document accuracy, distribution, and timely updates.
• Support compliance with project quality and engineering standards through effective document handling procedures.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5 to 7 years of proven experience in document control within Gulf industrial construction projects.
• Strong expertise in using EDMS for managing complex project documentation.
• Familiarity with handling engineering, quality, and construction records, including factory or industrial projects, is highly desirable.
• Ability to work methodically in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
