We are assisting a leading client in Saudi Arabia with the recruitment of a skilled Construction and Fabrication Crew for permanent roles focused on Jacket Fabrication. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with solid experience in the Oil & Gas sector, particularly those who have hands-on Yard Fabrication expertise in industrial project settings.

Available Positions and Experience Requirements

• Construction Manager – Erection Section: Candidates should have 12 to 15 years of relevant Oil & Gas or industrial project experience, with proven Yard Fabrication skills.
• Senior Yard Engineer – Erection Section: Requires 8 to 10 years of project experience within Oil & Gas or industrial environments, including Yard Fabrication.
• Yard Engineer – Erection Section: Candidates with 6 to 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas or industrial projects and Yard Fabrication background are encouraged to apply.
• Project Fabrication Manager – Fabrication Section: Looking for professionals with 12 to 15 years of fabrication leadership experience, especially in Yard Fabrication.
• Senior Yard Engineer – Scaffolding (Methods & Erection Section): Requires 8 to 10 years in Oil & Gas or industrial projects combined with Yard Fabrication expertise.
• Draftsman – Methods Section: Suitable for candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience in Oil & Gas or industrial projects and Yard Fabrication exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will play critical roles in leading and executing various stages of Yard Fabrication and Erection activities. Responsibilities include overseeing fabrication processes, coordinating erection tasks, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and collaborating closely with project teams to meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong background in Oil & Gas or industrial project environments.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Yard Fabrication and Erection activities.
• Leadership and management capabilities for senior roles.
• Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced and complex project settings.
• Technical knowledge relevant to scaffolding, fabrication methods, and project execution.
