Job Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled Civil Site Surveyor specializing in telecom monopole civil works to join our team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position calls for a detail-oriented professional with proven expertise in site surveying and overseeing construction activities related to telecom infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting precise site surveys for telecom monopole installations, ensuring all foundation excavation, rebar placement, and concrete works align with project plans and safety guidelines. You will supervise the erection and correct alignment of monopoles and manage all permit processes with the local municipality (Baladiya), including issuance and closure. Additionally, coordinating effectively with contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities to maintain seamless project execution is essential.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in telecom civil site surveying and related construction activities
• Strong understanding of monopole foundation design and erection procedures
• Proficient with the Saudi Baladiya permit system and capable of independently managing site work and permit documentation
• Ability to work autonomously on site with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Holding a valid Iqama is preferred for candidates already residing in Saudi Arabia
