A leading contracting firm based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced General Manager in the construction sector. This senior role requires a candidate with extensive knowledge of the Saudi Arabian construction market, specifically focused on commercial and industrial projects valued at around 50 million Saudi Riyals annually.

Key Responsibilities

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction and project management operations, establishing effective operational systems, and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance and transparency. The ideal candidate will lead strategic initiatives to transform the firm into a process-driven organization while maintaining and expanding a strong client network.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 20 years of experience exclusively within the KSA construction market.
• Proven expertise in managing commercial and industrial construction projects with high annual value.
• Demonstrated ability to develop operational frameworks and performance measurement systems.
• Strong leadership skills with high business acumen and strategic vision.
• Extensive connections within the contracting industry in Saudi Arabia.

Preferred Qualifications
