We are seeking a skilled and dedicated STP Foreman to oversee the operation and maintenance of municipal wastewater treatment plants in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have solid supervisory experience and a deep understanding of wastewater and water treatment processes. Key Responsibilities

The STP Foreman will be responsible for monitoring and directing the daily operations of wastewater treatment plants, ensuring efficient functioning of all physical, chemical, and biological processes. You will also manage equipment performance, control parameters, and laboratory procedures to maintain high treatment standards. Planning and scheduling maintenance activities and team workflows are critical components of this role. Supervising staff and enforcing safety protocols to meet regulatory compliance are essential duties.

Required Skills and Experience

• Diploma or Trade Certificate from a Vocational Training Unit, including full apprenticeship training.
• Proven experience operating and maintaining municipal wastewater treatment plants, with at least 40% of this time spent in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of raw water, drinking water, and wastewater treatment systems, along with associated utility operations.
• Familiarity with the physical, chemical, and biological aspects of wastewater and water treatment processes.
• Competence in using control parameters and laboratory procedures for plant monitoring.
• Effective planning and scheduling skills to optimize plant performance and resource allocation.
