Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Site Foreman to oversee fit-out works and general construction projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with internal paint finishing, roof tile installation, and strong site supervision capabilities. This role requires someone who can effectively coordinate teams and ensure projects meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities on construction sites to ensure smooth progress
• Coordinate and supervise workers to maintain high productivity and adherence to schedules
• Ensure all work complies with established quality and safety regulations
• Provide regular updates on project status to management
• Communicate and resolve site issues promptly via WhatsApp during working hours from 8 am to 5 pm

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in fit-out works and general construction tasks
• Knowledge of internal paint finishing and roof tile work
• Strong skills in site supervision and team coordination
• Valid Saudi Arabian Iqama and driving license
• Ability to manage and report project progress effectively
