Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Site Engineer with a strong background in civil construction, preferably with hands-on experience in hotel and building projects. This position involves working on a prestigious long-term project located in Riyadh, centered on the construction of a 5-star hotel. Candidates should have at least five years of Gulf experience to be considered for this role. The offered salary package ranges from 7,000 to 8,000 SAR.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines. You will coordinate with various stakeholders to manage workflow efficiently and solve technical challenges related to hotel and commercial building construction. Maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with design specifications will also be vital components of the role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in civil construction projects within the Gulf region.
• Proven expertise in hotel and building construction site engineering.
• Strong ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Competent in managing site resources and subcontractors.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
