Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Site Coordinator with a strong background in managing on-site operations within the civil and construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and supporting administrative tasks to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage on-site personnel and coordinate with project teams to meet project timelines efficiently.
• Oversee administrative duties such as generating progress reports, handling timesheets, and scheduling workforce activities.
• Take care of employees’ needs on site, including accommodation arrangements and transportation logistics.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records related to project progress and site activities.
• Serve as the primary communication link between site management, project teams, and clients to ensure seamless information flow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Allocate resources effectively to support project demands.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience managing site operations in the construction industry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to handle multiple responsibilities professionally.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as report generation and scheduling is essential.
• Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
• Ability to manage employee welfare, including accommodations and transportation.

Additional Information

This is a long-term position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates should be single status only as family sponsorship is not provided under this role.
