Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and certified Safety Engineer to join our team for a major construction project based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in construction site safety management and the ability to enforce strict safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Safety Engineer will be responsible for preparing and monitoring daily safety documentation such as Permit to Work (PTW), Toolbox Talks, Step Back analyses, and Risk Assessments. You will guide and supervise project personnel to maintain adherence to safety regulations and compliance standards on-site. The role requires proactive identification and mitigation of risks, promoting a safety-first culture across all operations.

Required Skills and Certifications

• Proven experience in construction and project site safety management
• Certification in one or more of the following: NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, OSHA 30 Hours, ISO 45001
• Additional qualifications in First Aid & CPR, Fire Safety & Fire Warden, Work at Height, Scaffolding Safety, Electrical Safety, Risk Assessment, and Permit to Work (PTW)
• Strong English communication skills for effective coordination and reporting
• Ability to confidently lead safety initiatives and enforce compliance

Requirements

The candidate must demonstrate responsibility, confidence, and a proactive approach while working at large-scale project sites. Immediate availability to join the project is essential.
