Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with specialized experience in aluminium and glass works to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in quantity surveying within the construction sector, specifically involving facades, curtain walls, windows, and doors.

Key Responsibilities

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), conducting accurate quantity take-offs, and preparing cost estimates to support project tendering and budget control. This role demands close collaboration with engineers and project teams to ensure precise cost management and adherence to project specifications. Additionally, the candidate will handle the preparation of tender documents while providing financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with at least 3 years working in Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries such as UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, or Bahrain.
• Proven expertise in aluminium, glass, façade, curtain wall, windows, and doors construction projects.
• Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications effectively.
• Competence in using AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and specialized quantity surveying or estimation software.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate smoothly with engineers, clients, and other project stakeholders.
