Job Overview

We are currently seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in cost control to join our team in Riyadh or Jubail. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in managing cost control processes within the civil construction sector, particularly skilled in interpreting Civil 3D diagrams for accurate quantity take-offs.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for precise quantity take-offs from Civil 3D drawings, managing and controlling project costs, and supporting the finance team to ensure budgets are adhered to throughout project lifecycles. You will collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to maintain smooth communication and provide cost analysis to aid in decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in cost control within a civil construction environment.
• Proficient in handling quantity take-offs specifically using Civil 3D diagrams.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment across Riyadh and Jubail locations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Salary and Working Hours

The role offers a total package salary between 8,000 and 9,000 SAR, with an 8+2 hours duty schedule. Candidates will benefit from Iqama transfer options upon successful completion of the probation period.
