Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Project Delivery Manager to oversee a prestigious construction project located in Diriyah, Riyadh. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects and coordinating multiple disciplines to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Delivery Manager will lead daily project operations, managing collaboration across engineering, construction, commercial, planning, procurement, logistics, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractor activities. Ensuring seamless coordination among these departments is critical to maintaining project momentum and achieving quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in major construction projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in roles such as Delivery Manager, Senior Construction Manager, or Project Manager.
• Strong background in complex projects including high-rise buildings, commercial developments, hospitality, infrastructure, stadiums, or giga-projects.
• Previous experience managing projects in the GCC region, particularly Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.
• Preference given to candidates holding UK nationality to meet current project needs.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field to qualify for this position.

Work Location and Office Details

The primary project site is in Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company’s office base is located in Dammam.
