Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Piling Rig Machine Operator to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will operate heavy piling rigs such as XCMG, Bauer, Soilmec, SANY, or similar equipment, contributing to foundation and piling tasks essential for construction projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities

The operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of piling rig machinery used in drilling boreholes, installing casings, and establishing pile foundations. Daily tasks also include conducting thorough equipment inspections, including checks on engine oil, hydraulic systems, wire ropes, and mechanical safety components. You will work closely with site engineers, riggers, and banksmen to ensure proper positioning and smooth operation through all drilling phases. Monitoring ground conditions, drilling resistance, and depth will be crucial to avoid borehole collapses or equipment overload issues. Routine maintenance such as lubrication and timely reporting of any mechanical problems to the maintenance department are key duties. Compliance with all site health, safety, and environmental policies, as well as adherence to lifting limits and operational guidelines, is mandatory.

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience operating piling rigs in civil foundation or infrastructure projects. A valid Heavy Equipment Operator License relevant to Saudi Arabia and a current SAG/TUV operator certification are required. Candidates should be familiar with hydraulic piling rigs, augers, buckets, and casing systems. Immediate availability with a transferable Iqama is preferred to ensure timely deployment.
