We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Supervisor with at least seven years of hands-on experience in the oil and gas construction sector. This role requires a dedicated professional ready to oversee and guide electrical operations on site, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality expectations. Candidates currently residing in Jubail, Dammam, or Al-Khobar are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily electrical activities on oil and gas construction sites, coordinating with engineering and project teams, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols. The supervisor will also monitor workforce performance, verify installation procedures, and troubleshoot electrical issues as they arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years experience as an Electrical Supervisor within oil and gas construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and relevant construction standards.
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively under challenging site conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Physically fit with the capability to perform physical tasks, including completing 20 pushups and dips as part of fitness requirements.

Physical and Location Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate physical fitness suitable for demanding job conditions, including the ability to perform repetitive physical exercises like pushups and dips.
