Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Technician to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in masonry, painting, and carpentry tasks that support ongoing construction and repair projects. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a practical approach to various civil and construction duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform masonry work including block installation, plastering, repairing cracks, staircase maintenance, tile replacement, and grouting.
• Prepare surfaces for painting and apply putty, primer, emulsion, and enamel coatings on different materials such as walls, doors, metals, and benches.
• Conduct carpentry repairs including fixing doors, cabinets, hinges, locks, door closers, furniture, and gypsum ceiling tiles.

Required Skills and Experience

• Practical knowledge of masonry techniques and materials.
• Proficiency in surface preparation and painting methods.
• Skilled in carpentry repairs and maintenance work.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to quality.
