Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Site Supervisor to join our construction team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage daily civil construction activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising on-site civil works, guaranteeing that all tasks align with approved drawings and technical standards. This role includes monitoring project progress, enforcing quality and safety protocols, and maintaining clear communication with engineers, subcontractors, and the project team. Efficient management of manpower, materials, and equipment is essential. Additionally, preparing daily progress reports and promptly addressing any site challenges will be a critical part of the job.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, paired with at least three years of experience in civil construction projects. Experience working within Saudi Arabia’s construction sector is preferred. A strong understanding of construction methods, detailed drawings, and site execution procedures is necessary. The role demands excellent leadership qualities, clear communication skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure to meet project deadlines. Holding a valid Iqama with transferable sponsorship will be considered an advantage.
