Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Supervisor to oversee all aspects of construction activities at the site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role primarily involves managing structural, finishing, and other civil works to ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. Candidates with hands-on experience and leadership qualities are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and controlling all construction operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality requirements. Coordination with engineers, laborers, and subcontractors is essential to keep the work on track. The supervisor will also prepare daily progress and material usage reports and ensure that construction aligns with the project drawings and timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Male candidates holding at least a diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in the construction industry within Saudi Arabia.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide teams efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of local suppliers and construction material markets.
• Arabic language skills and a valid driving license are considered an advantage for managing Arabic-speaking laborers.
