Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer / Project Manager to join a reputable contracting company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a skilled professional with extensive experience in overseeing construction projects from inception through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, including contract administration, coordinating project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. You will prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Handling cost control, risk management, and claims will also be essential to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects from contract award to handover
• Strong expertise in contract management, cost control, and risk mitigation
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other relevant engineering tools
• In-depth knowledge of technical specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in government, infrastructure, and building projects is highly desirable
