Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction activities within petrochemical EPC projects in Riyadh. This role requires a minimum of 7 years in electrical construction management, with significant experience in large-scale projects, preferably in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Saudi Aramco construction standards and a proven ability to lead engineering teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

The Electrical Superintendent will be responsible for supervising all electrical construction operations on site, ensuring they adhere to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, solving technical challenges, and enforcing company policies to protect organizational interests. A critical part of the job is mentoring and guiding electrical engineers while maintaining clear communication across departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience managing electrical construction within petrochemical EPC projects.
• Minimum 3 years’ direct experience working with Saudi Aramco standards.
• Fluency in English, including verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CAD software, Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office productivity tools.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and adherence to project rules.

The candidate must also be in good health, under 50 years old, and have a commendable personal record, reflecting lawfulness and positive work ethics.

Education

A university degree relevant to electrical engineering or a related discipline is required for this position.
