A reputable Engineering Consultancy based in Riyadh is looking to recruit a skilled Civil Design Manager with over 10 years of experience. This role focuses on managing design aspects for Roads and Highways projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery within Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the civil design team to develop detailed designs for infrastructure projects, primarily in roads and highways.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure design requirements are met and align with regulatory standards.
• Review and approve design deliverables, providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and ensure compliance with engineering best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• More than 10 years of relevant experience, especially in Roads and Highways project design.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering design principles and construction standards.
• Ability to lead teams effectively and communicate technical information clearly.
• Willingness to start immediately with a valid and transferable Saudi IQAMA.
