Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager with 10 to 12 years of relevant experience to lead a major development at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-profile airport construction project requiring expertise in managing large-scale works within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Construction Manager will oversee all construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence throughout the project lifecycle. You will coordinate with multiple teams and subcontractors, manage resource allocation, and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10-12 years of proven experience in construction management.
• Extensive background in large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably airport-related.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage complex construction schedules.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving project environment.

Job Requirements

• Applicants must be of Arab nationality.
• Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia with a valid transferable Iqama.
• Prior experience specifically in airport projects is mandatory.
