Job Overview

High Links is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee ICT construction activities for a major project in Neom, Riyadh. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Electronics, ICT, or a related discipline, and bring over seven years of hands-on experience managing large-scale construction projects, especially within the ICT sector.

This role demands immediate availability with a valid Saudi iqama, and a strong background in handling complex infrastructure and mega-projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all ICT-related construction tasks on-site, ensuring timely and accurate execution according to project plans and drawings.
• Supervise a diverse team including engineers, supervisors, and technicians to maintain smooth workflow and quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project objectives and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
• Monitor and enforce strict compliance with safety regulations and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate actively in client and consultant meetings to provide updates and address concerns.
• Oversee the testing, commissioning, and final handover phases to guarantee successful project completion.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, ICT Engineering, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of seven years’ experience managing construction projects with a strong focus on ICT systems including Data Networks, Fiber Optics, CCTV, Access Control, Telecom, and ELV systems.
• Proven experience with large infrastructure or mega-projects, preferably within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
• Excellent leadership abilities paired with strong site management skills.
• Effective communicator capable of coordinating among various stakeholders.
