Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead a major 13.8 kV Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) construction project located in Jalamid, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities related to the OHTL project. You will ensure strict compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and project goals while managing timelines and budgets effectively. Leading the project team, you will drive performance to meet quality standards and ensure successful execution within the set schedule.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in managing transmission line or related construction projects.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale construction teams and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and quality assurance in construction environments.
• Experience working with international standards, particularly Western methodologies, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage project demands and team collaboration.

Work Schedule and Location

The position is based in Jalamid, Saudi Arabia, with a demanding 60-hour workweek. Candidates must be prepared for onsite leadership in challenging project conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

Applicants who have prior experience in Western-aligned construction standards or international engineering projects will be given priority. However, all qualified individuals with relevant expertise are encouraged to apply.
