Job Overview

We are currently seeking skilled Concreters / Concrete Finishers to join our civil earthworks team in Riyadh. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in concrete placement, compaction, and finishing who are looking to contribute to high-quality construction projects. We have 8 positions available within our civil and earthworks department.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for placing, spreading, and compacting concrete using the proper tools and techniques. Duties include finishing concrete surfaces to meet specified grades, levels, and textures, operating power floats, trowels, screeds, and vibrators. You will also be expected to perform curing procedures to ensure concrete achieves the required strength and work according to drawings and markings to maintain accuracy.

Additional tasks include assisting with concrete repairs and remedial work when necessary while strictly following health, safety, and environmental standards on site.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should have between 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a concreter or concrete finisher. A strong understanding of floor slabs, foundations, footings, and structural concrete pours is essential. Proficiency in using finishing tools and equipment and knowledge of various concrete mixes and their applications will be highly valued.

Trade certification is preferred, along with the ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet pour schedules and deadlines.
