Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Civil Supervisor to join our project team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure that construction activities meet quality, safety, and schedule requirements. This role is crucial in delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for managing site execution, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications, and liaising with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. They will monitor the progress of the project, maintain quality control, enforce safety protocols, and prepare detailed site reports, schedules, and material requirements. Other duties include verifying measurements, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and resolving technical or site-related issues promptly and effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant Diploma
• 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in construction project supervision
• Strong expertise in site execution, civil works, and quality assurance
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software applications
• Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working on construction projects within Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region
• Possession of a valid driving license
• Availability for immediate or short notice joining
