Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with 5 to 8 years of proven experience in the GCC to oversee various construction projects, including buildings, infrastructure, and interior fit-outs. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and possess a thorough understanding of structural and finishing works.

Key Responsibilities

The selected Civil Engineer will be responsible for supervising site activities, managing daily operations, and ensuring the quality and timeliness of project delivery. Coordination with workforce, subcontractors, and suppliers will be crucial to maintaining smooth execution. Reading and interpreting construction drawings accurately will be a key part of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of hands-on GCC experience in construction projects involving building, infrastructure, and interior finishes.
• Strong knowledge of structural elements and finishing works such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, and painting.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD for planning and documentation purposes.
• Good command of project management principles and site execution strategies.

A strong focus on quality control and the ability to ensure timely completion of projects will set candidates apart. Experience supervising teams on-site and problem-solving day-to-day challenges is highly valued.
