We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with a strong background in interior fit-out projects to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and possess 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience working on fit-out works within the GCC region. This role focuses on delivering high-quality interior finishes including partitions, ceilings, flooring, and painting.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Engineer will oversee site activities and coordinate effectively with workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Responsibilities include interpreting construction drawings accurately, supervising installation and finishing works, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring all tasks are completed within scheduled timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in GCC, specifically in interior fit-out works.
• Proficient in reading and understanding construction drawings.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD to support project design and review.
• Good project management abilities, including site supervision and coordination.

Work Environment

The position requires active presence at project sites and close collaboration with diverse teams including subcontractors and laborers. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential to ensure quality and timely delivery.
