Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Indian Civil Engineer or Site Supervisor with expertise in finishing works including tiles, painting, gypsum board installation, and other finishing tasks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working closely with site consultants, managing invoices, hiring labor, and overseeing all aspects of finishing work on construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise finishing activities such as tiling, painting, and gypsum board installation.
• Collaborate efficiently with site consultants to ensure project standards are met.
• Manage invoicing in a timely and accurate manner.
• Hire and oversee manpower for finishing tasks, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Monitor project progress and address any site-related issues promptly.

Requirements

• Indian nationality with Hindu background.
• Currently residing in Riyadh with a valid iqama (residence permit).
• Proven experience in finishing work within the construction industry.
• Strong ability to work with teams including consultants and subcontractors.
