Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Civil Draftsperson and Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience preparing and revising detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings and developing accurate quantity surveys to support construction projects. This role requires collaboration with engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure all drawings are precise and meet project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying shop drawings, layout plans, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD. You will develop sectional drawings, isometric views, and detailed bill of quantities (BOQs) and material take-offs (MTOs) in accordance with IFC drawings and site requirements. Your role is vital in maintaining drawing registers, managing revisions, and ensuring documentation accuracy. Coordination with project teams will be essential to deliver timely and reliable drawings that align with project schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
• A minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience as an AutoCAD Draftsperson or Quantity Surveyor in the construction sector.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of civil and MEP construction materials and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong time management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and within multi-disciplinary teams.

Additional Information

Please note that the salary range offered is between 4,000 and 6,000 SAR plus benefits. Candidates must be prepared to attend a test at our Dammam head office without travel allowances.
