Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled BIM Manager to lead and coordinate Building Information Modeling efforts across major mixed-use and infrastructure projects in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key stakeholder interactions, ensuring project deliveries meet time, cost, and quality standards, and overseeing the establishment of effective project controls and reporting mechanisms. This role requires strong leadership to guide project teams and ensure resources meet both current and future commitments.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will take charge of setting up BIM projects and providing leadership to multidisciplinary teams. Your duties will include preparing detailed drawings of landscape plans, infrastructure, and related facilities using Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other associated software. You will also oversee the planning and analysis processes, manage the production of land development drawings, and utilize customized tools to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency. Coordination and management of BIM models for clash detection and review are integral to this position. Additionally, you will enforce information management standards and keep divisional and corporate procedures updated with the latest industry advancements.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, REVIT, and Navisworks
• Familiarity with ESRI GIS systems is advantageous
• Strong understanding of surveying, design, production, and construction techniques
• Experience developing and applying BIM standards and processes
• Ability to automate workflows through custom scripts and utilities
• Excellent project planning and coordination skills

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of extensive BIM experience working on large-scale mixed-use and infrastructure projects or programmes. A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is required to qualify for this position.
