Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and seasoned BIM Manager to join our team on ongoing construction projects in Riyadh. This role requires extensive experience in managing Building Information Modeling processes from initial coordination stages through to detailed construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead the full BIM coordination efforts, starting from scratch and progressing to LOD 300 models during the IFC phase, which will be handled by an external design consultant. Responsibilities include active site-based coordination and ongoing support to ensure project alignment.

Additionally, the role involves preparing workshop drawings at LOD 400 and compiling accurate As-Built drawings at LOD 500, ensuring documentation reflects the final built conditions.

Experience and Requirements

Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience managing BIM in complex construction environments. Familiarity with design and construction coordination using BIM tools is essential.

Important Notice: This position is supplier-based and offers a competitive salary. Candidates should note that Iqama transfer is not available. The contract will be conducted through Ajeer or Kafeel No Objection Letter arrangements.
