Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Inspector to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all architectural activities at construction sites to ensure compliance with approved designs, project specifications, and quality standards. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can maintain high standards on site and coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The Architectural Inspector will oversee the execution of architectural works, ensuring all tasks align with project plans and quality expectations. This includes inspecting finishing works such as plastering, tiling, painting, ceilings, and other architectural details. The inspector will collaborate closely with contractors, engineers, and consultants to address any site challenges, report deviations, and uphold both safety and quality protocols. Additionally, the role involves preparing daily inspection reports and supporting site inspections and handovers.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants must have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field, with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in architectural site supervision or inspection. A strong understanding of construction methods and finishing processes is essential. Candidates should be proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and possess excellent communication and coordination abilities. Prior experience on construction projects is highly preferred.
