Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in tax and finance to join a leading construction firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of professional experience within Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region, preferably in the construction industry. This role welcomes candidates from any nationality and offers flexibility regarding Iqama status, with both transferable and non-transferable sponsorship being accepted.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing tax-related activities and financial operations to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. This includes preparing tax returns, overseeing financial reporting, coordinating with auditors, and supporting the finance team during budgeting and forecasting processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant accounting experience within Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region.
• Solid understanding of Saudi tax laws and financial regulations.
• Experience working in the construction sector is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and handle complex tax and finance issues efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools.

Additional Information

Applicants with transferable Iqamas are preferred due to sponsorship transfer policies applying only after a 3-month probation period. Candidates who can join promptly will be given priority during the selection process.
