We are seeking a meticulous Junior Accountant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate inventory records, and performing sales reconciliations within a retail setting. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our retail team to ensure all financial data complies with industry standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

The Junior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy of retail transactions, handling inventory management tasks, and supporting sales data processing. A critical part of the role is to ensure the integrity of financial documents and reports related to stock valuation and shrinkage analysis. Additionally, the candidate will manage backend operations of the Point of Sale (POS) system, extracting and verifying sales data to facilitate smooth financial operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• At least one year of practical experience in a retail business environment.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding Arabic is essential, particularly for working with invoices, government portals, and vendor documents.
• Strong knowledge of retail inventory control, stock valuation methods, and managing shrinkage variances.
• Hands-on experience with POS system backend management and sales data extraction.
