We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Accountant to join our team in Riyadh, specializing in facility management. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in accounting practices tailored to Saudi Arabia, along with a proven track record in leadership roles within the finance sector.

Key Responsibilities

The Chief Accountant will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations of the company. This includes preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accurate VAT and Zakat filings, managing payroll and budgeting processes, and supervising the accounts payable and receivable functions. The role requires leading the accounting team and ensuring compliance with Saudi financial regulations and internal policies. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate with external auditors to facilitate smooth financial audits.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of accounting experience, specifically within Saudi Arabia.
• At least 2 to 3 years in a senior accountant or Chief Accountant position.
• Strong background in facility management accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of VAT, Zakat, payroll management, budgeting, and comprehensive financial reporting.
• Familiarity with Saudi financial laws and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other similar platforms.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Demonstrated leadership, strong analytical abilities, and effective decision-making skills.
