Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled General Accountant with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Riyadh on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will oversee daily financial transactions, ensure accuracy in accounting entries, prepare financial reports, and maintain compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves managing all accounting activities including processing entries in the ERP system, handling invoices, accounts receivable and payable, and performing bank reconciliations on a monthly basis. You will prepare periodic financial statements covering monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Additionally, the accountant will manage tax accounts such as VAT and ensure timely submission of returns. Monitoring cash flows, revenue, expenses, and supporting audit procedures are also critical duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Demonstrated expertise with accounting software like Odoo, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems is essential. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required along with strong analytical and organizational abilities. Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written, will be necessary for effective communication.
