Job Overview

A well-established trading company in Riyadh is looking to hire a skilled Accountant & Data Controller. The role involves managing comprehensive financial workflows, overseeing inventory records, and maintaining accurate data systems across multiple group entities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily cash flow to ensure smooth financial operations and optimizing incoming and outgoing cash transactions. Daily bank reconciliations will be conducted to verify and track transactions for several trading companies under the group.

Accurate entry of financial data and logistics information into the company’s ERP system is essential. You will also be tasked with maintaining detailed Excel reports, including balance sheets, credit limit tracking, and aging reports to monitor financial health across each company.

Inventory control is a critical aspect, requiring verification and updating of stock movements and valuation records within the software. Additionally, the role demands overseeing data integrity and accuracy for all financial, sales, and operational documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal applicant will have proven accounting experience, preferably within a trading or distribution environment. Strong expertise in ERP software and advanced proficiency in Excel—covering functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and financial modeling—is expected.

They should possess the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, demonstrating high attention to detail and excellent analytical capabilities to ensure data reconciliation is accurate and reliable.
