Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated full-time E-commerce Accountant to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will have demonstrated expertise in Zoho Books and be well-versed in managing accounting tasks for various online sales platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is meticulous with financial data and confident in handling e-commerce bookkeeping and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

The core duties include recording and managing daily sales transactions from platforms such as Noon, Amazon, Trendyol, and Shopify. You will be responsible for extracting and organizing financial records from these sources and maintaining accurate data within Zoho Books. Other duties involve reconciling payments, orders, and bank statements to ensure consistency and accuracy. Inventory management is also a vital part of this role, requiring regular stock updates and tracking movements using Excel spreadsheets. Additionally, preparing reliable financial reports and conducting routine bookkeeping will be necessary to support smooth accounting operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have substantial experience using Zoho Books, as this skill is essential for the day-to-day accounting workflow. Familiarity with the accounting nuances of e-commerce platforms like Noon, Amazon, Trendyol, and Shopify is important. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is required to manage inventory data effectively. Additional Information
