A reputable facility management company in Riyadh is seeking a skilled Chief Accountant with proven experience in the facility management sector. This role is exclusively open to Jordanian nationals with a strong background in accounting and auditing within facility management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing specific to the facility management industry.
• Ensure compliance with company policies as well as local regulations.
• Manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
• Lead the accounting team to maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits.
• Monitor cash flow, payroll, and expense management.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise in accounting within facility management companies.
