We are seeking a detail-driven and dependable Assistant Accountant cum Data Entry professional to strengthen our finance team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have solid experience managing financial records alongside proficient data entry skills to support accurate accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves maintaining up-to-date financial documentation, inputting invoices, timesheets, and expense records, and assisting with the preparation of reconciliation statements and various financial reports. This position also requires supporting day-to-day activities in the accounts department to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills

• Proficient use of MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy
• Good organizational skills to handle invoices and financial documents effectively
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in accounting and data entry roles
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with precision
• Preferred candidates are from Kerala, India
• Availability for immediate joining is advantageous
