Job Overview

NAFFCO is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on ensuring accurate and efficient processing of payments, including coordination with government entities. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience and a strong foundation in accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage timely processing and recording of accounts payable transactions.
• Handle government payment procedures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Verify and reconcile invoices, expense reports, and supporting documents.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and SOCPA standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Possession of SOCPA certification, which is mandatory for this position.
• Between 1 to 2 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably with exposure to government transactions.
• Strong command of English communication, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
