Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant from India or Pakistan (ICAI or ICAP certified, excluding ACCA) with over three years of post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in handling complex direct and indirect taxation matters. Additionally, candidates should have at least 2-3 years of professional experience working in Saudi Arabia or elsewhere in the Gulf region.

This role is tailored for professionals who have a comprehensive understanding of international business finance and investment management. The position requires managing diverse financial responsibilities related to international banking, corporate compliance, and property management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee international banking operations with a focus on regulatory compliance
• Manage documentation and compliance related to international properties, including taxation, insurance, and statutory dues
• Maintain international corporate registrations in collaboration with registered agents and legal advisors, ensuring timely tax filings and compliance adherence
• Handle KYC processes, compliance monitoring, and reporting for both local and international investments
• Develop and monitor annual budgets for international companies and properties, comparing projections with actual expenditures
• Support business health assessments and credit monitoring activities
• Assist in internal audits specifically targeting international business operations

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant certification from ICAI (India) or ICAP (Pakistan), ACCA not accepted
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience
• At least 2-3 years working experience in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region
• Strong knowledge in complex taxation requirements—both direct and indirect
• Local status with transferable Iqama is mandatory
• Preferred age range between 30 and 45 years
