Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Riyadh. This position is open exclusively for local transfer candidates, offering a competitive monthly salary between 4,000 and 5,000 SAR. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of solid accounting experience, particularly in managing accounts receivable, project accounts, and related party transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the sales department to follow up on collections and ensure timely payments.
• Oversee related party accounts and project-specific accounts with attention to detail.
• Monitor customer credit limits and control ongoing deliveries to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports to assist management in decision-making.
• Perform bank reconciliations regularly to maintain financial accuracy.
• Support the month-end closing process by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget to align with financial goals.
• Generate daily cash position reports to provide updates on the company’s liquidity.

Required Skills

• Proven experience (2-3 years) in accounting roles with a focus on receivables, payables, and account reconciliations.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across departments, especially with sales and finance teams.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple financial accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed financial reports and cash flow statements.
• Knowledge of credit control policies and customer account management.
• Competency in month-end closing and budgeting processes.

Requirements

• Candidates must be eligible for local transfer within Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting or related field.
