Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Senior Field Operators with significant experience in the offshore Oil & Gas sector. Ideal candidates will have hands-on expertise with Completion Workover Systems (CWS) and be proficient in operating spooling units. This role involves supporting well completion and workover operations while ensuring all safety and operational procedures are meticulously followed.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Field Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and providing support for Completion Workover Systems (CWS).
• Safely and efficiently managing spooling units.
• Assisting in well completion and workover activities offshore.
• Monitoring equipment performance and promptly reporting any issues.
• Adhering strictly to offshore Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols.
• Maintaining accurate daily operational records for ongoing projects.
• Traveling offshore on a call-off basis to manage spooling units as required.

Required Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

• Between 8 to 12 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with offshore exposure preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working with Completion Workover Systems (CWS).
• Practical knowledge operating spooling units.
• Experience working on rigs or offshore platforms.
• Possession of H2S certification is advantageous.

Work Environment

This position requires working in offshore environments, including rigs and platforms. Candidates must be prepared for the demands of offshore assignments and adhere strictly to all safety standards to ensure a secure working atmosphere.
