Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated QHSE Officer to join our team in Qatar within the facility management operations sector. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining high standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance across our sites.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting QHSE compliance initiatives and driving safety performance improvements. Core duties include conducting thorough inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to ensure workplace safety. Additionally, managing contractor safety procedures and overseeing Permit to Work (PTW) systems will be part of the daily responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in QHSE or HSE roles, preferably within facility management, building services, or maintenance environments.
• Holding a bachelor’s degree in HSE, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Mandatory certification of NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC).
• Familiarity with key ISO standards: ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety).
• Possession of a valid Qatar driving license.
• Availability to join the organization by September 15, 2026.
