SWAN GLOBAL is seeking a qualified HSE Officer to join their team in Al Rayyan, Qatar. This long-term position requires a candidate with a strong background in health, safety, and environmental practices, particularly within the roads or infrastructure sector across the GCC region. The salary package will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety protocols to ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards. Duties include monitoring workplace conditions, conducting risk assessments, promoting safe practices, and coordinating safety training with project teams to minimize hazards and prevent accidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in roads or infrastructure projects within the GCC.
• Possession of a Diploma or Degree certificate relevant to health and safety.
• Certification in NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC).
• Valid IOSH or OSHA certification.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices specific to construction and infrastructure environments.
• Effective communication skills to engage with site personnel and management on safety matters.
