SWAN Global is looking to hire a qualified HSE Officer for long-term projects based in Al Rayyan, Qatar. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management, particularly within roads and infrastructure sectors across the GCC region. Key Responsibilities

The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining health and safety protocols on-site to ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations. This includes conducting risk assessments, monitoring safety practices, and promoting a culture of safety among all project personnel. The role demands coordination with project teams to mitigate hazards and ensure that safety measures align with project goals.

Required Skills and Certifications

• At least 4 years of professional experience in HSE roles, specifically related to roads and infrastructure projects within the GCC.
• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC).
• IOSH or OSHA certification to demonstrate expertise in occupational health and safety standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage safety documentation and training.
